Maria Alvarado is a Reiki Master (Usui lineage), sound practitioner specialising in Sonic Vibroacoustic Massage Bowl Therapy, and is trained in Natural Lift Facial Massage and Facial Rejuvenation.
Her work blends therapeutic sound, meditation, intuitive energy healing, and restorative touch to help clients release tension, calm the nervous system, and return to their natural rhythm.
Maria creates deeply personal and restorative experiences — from private sessions in London to bespoke wellness retreats and collaborations in the UK, Greece, and Malta.
She works with private clients, small groups, homes, retreat venues, and wellbeing spaces, creating calming environments that support rest, balance, and reconnection.
