As a Reiki Master (Usui lineage), trained in Sonic Vibroacoustic Massage Bowl Therapy, fascia release, facial reflexology, and natural facelift massage techniques, I create calm, restorative experiences designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
Through energy and sound healing, intuitive bodywork and deeply nurturing spaces, my work supports the nervous system to settle and the body to return to balance, ease, and vitality.
Each session is personal and guided by what is needed in that moment.
I work with private clients and small retreat groups in London and abroad.
