Many people who come to me don’t look burnt out. They function, they cope, they keep everything moving. But underneath, their body never fully switches off.
My work is about allowing the nervous system to soften out of that state. Through therapeutic sound, intuitive touch, and quiet presence. When the body feels safe again, clarity, ease and a natural vitality return on their own.
I create calm, restorative experiences that help the body step out of stress patterns rather than push through them.
As a Reiki Master (Usui lineage), trained in Sonic Vibroacoustic Massage Bowl Therapy, fascia release, facial reflexology, and natural facelift massage techniques; each session is guided by what the body needs in that moment - always a personalised reset, with the aim of letting the nervous system settle and reorganise.
I work with private clients and small retreat groups in London and abroad.
