Founder of MyZen Retreats® - Maria creates calm, restorative experiences designed to help the body step out of stress and return to balance.
Maria works with therapeutic sound, intuitive touch, and body-led practices. Her work supports the nervous system soften out of stress. When the body feels safe, clarity and balance return naturally. A certified Reiki Master (Usui lineage) trained in Sonic Vibroacoustic Massage Bowl Therapy, fascia release, facial reflexology, and natural facelift massage techniques.
Known for her calm presence, attuned intuition, and warm, nurturing style, Maria creates deeply restorative experiences through both private sessions and MyZen retreats in the UK and abroad.
