Each experience is an unhurried, full body immersion - blending therapeutic touch, intuitive sound and stillness to help stress melt away,  leaving you deeply relaxed, grounded and renewed.

How the experience works

During a session, special Tibetan massage sound bowls are placed gently on the body, so vibration can travel through the fascia, muscle and bone, while energy work and intuitive touch signals safety to the nervous system. When the body feels safe, it softens, recalibrates and returns to its natural state vitality. Sound is applied both on and around the body through carefully selected instruments. These subtle frequencies create a deeply calming sensory field that signals safety to the nervous system and gently invites the body to release, soften and restore.

The experience is felt more than explained.
