Each experience is an unhurried, full body immersion - blending therapeutic touch, intuitive sound and stillness to help stress melt away,  leaving you deeply relaxed, grounded and renewed.

Tibetan massage sound bowls are placed gently on the body, so vibration can travel through the fascia, muscle and bone, while energy work and intuitive touch signals safety to the nervous system. When the body feels safe, it softens, recalibrates and returns to its natural state vitality.

The experience is felt more than explained. Sessions may be experienced privately, in pairs, or in small groups.
